As a software developer with 30 years of experience, we have been working since 2006 with motor vehicles whose engines are controlled by electronic engine control units.
The software of engine control units has become more and more extensive and complicated in recent years, more and more functions have been added to the devices. Modifications to motorsport or export vehicles became more and more difficult in the same period of time and almost impossible for motor sportsmen or exporters without explicit software knowledge.
By analysing the software used in the ECUs, we are now able to offer suitable solutions for a large number of vehicles, so that vehicles are suitable for motorsport and export. This includes the deactivation of diesel particulate filters, exhaust gas recirculation and ADBlue injection. Especially in motorsport a lot of changes are needed, which could only be realized by suitable solutions, such as Boost Sensor Calibration, Deactivation of the Mass Airflow and Lambda Sensor. This also includes lifting the speed limitation.
Replacement of an engine control unit has now become possible for some vehicles by deactivating the immobilizer. Error codes resulting from modifications to components can be removed in many vehicles.
We are constantly working on new solutions for new vehicles in order to keep pace with the rapidly growing technology and continue to offer attractive solutions for new ECUs.
